Are you feeling stuck, frustrated, or like you are working against yourself time and time again?

Let’s work together to supplement your understanding of your adult ADHD. Learn some tools to enhance planning, organization, and time management in a safe, supportive group format! (Please Note: You do not need to have a formal diagnosis of ADHD to join!)


Support Group Details:

  • 3 Monday Sessions: April 7th-April 21st

  • 11am-12pmCT / 12pm-1pmET

  • $150 for 3 Sessions -- FSA/HSA Accepted

This group will be led by Caren Kangas, BCBA, ADHD-CCSP. Caren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She provides skill building and behavior support services to adolescents, adults, groups, and parents. Caren specializes in working with individuals to strengthen and build skills and create lasting behavior change.
