Understanding Executive Function Skills: Behavior Support Group for Adults (Virtual)


Join us on a journey of harnessing your strengths, understanding current barriers, and building effective strategies to start living the life you want for yourself!

Each week we will focus on different areas of executive function, how to set effective goals, and how to create workable action plans to follow through on what matters to you!


Support Group Details:

  • 8 Monday Sessions: March 31st-May 19th

  • 6:30pm-7:30pmCT / 7:30-8:30pmET

  • $400 for 8 Sessions -- FSA/HSA Accepted

This group will be led by Caren Kangas, BCBA, ADHD-CCSP. Caren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She provides skill building and behavior support services to adolescents, adults, groups, and parents. Caren specializes in working with individuals to strengthen and build skills and create lasting behavior change.
