Group Skills Support
The adult executive functioning skills groups will support in building executive functioning skills to create and achieve goals. Each week we will focus on an area of executive function (such as planning, organization, starting tasks, following through, monitoring one's own progress, etc), how to structure a plan so that we see results in the specific area of life that we want to focus, and create and track goals. Daily individual and group accountability support will be provided along the way. Individuals located in CT and IL are able to attend virtually.

Individual ADHD and/or Executive Functioning Skills Support
Executive functioning skill development targets high-order cognitive (brain) processes. In short, executive functioning skills help regulate attention to task, plan future-oriented and goal-directed behavior. Guiding Behavior Support supports adults in understanding their executive functioning profile and building skills.

Parenting Skills Support
Guiding Skills Support is available to support parents in building strategies and tools to address challenging behavioral concerns. Guiding Behavior Support has Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and graduates in Master of Applied Behavior Analysis programs to support parents in building skills with positive family interactions, receiving educational and supportive services when a child or parent is neurodivergent, and helping to reduce challenging behavioral patterns that are disrupting daily life.
Seeing My Time™
This program teaches the executive functioning skills of time management, planning, and organization over the course of 8-10 weeks. This program can be utilized within individual sessions to add structure and enhance the executive functioning learning process. This curriculum can be helpful for those struggling with deadlines, being late, struggling to meet expectations, and having executive functioning deficits or a diagnosis of ADHD.
